Reveal Shrug Scheepjes Metropolis

She is ready and already fully operational!
I am very happy with it because it is not only beautiful, but also functional.
For example, it gives this black dress just that little bit more color.
But it was also wonderful as an extra layer, because despite the sun there was quite a fresh breeze.

And I am very happy with the extra long cuffs with a cut-out for your thumb.
Especially at this time of the year it is nice enough for a t-shirt inside, but once you sit (crochet) for a while you notice that you get a bit fresher in the evening.
And from experience I know that when my wrists are warm, the rest feels much more comfortable.

Ze is klaar en ook al helemaal in gebruik genomen!
Ik ben er erg blij mee want ze is niet alleen mooi, maar ook functioneel.
Zo geeft het bijvoorbeeld deze zwarte jurk net even dat beetje meer kleur.
Maar was hij ook heerlijk als extra laagje, want ondanks de zon stond er best een fris windje.

​En zelf word ik erg gelukkig van de extra lange boorden met uitbesparing voor je duim.
Vooral in deze tijd van het jaar is het binnen lekker genoeg voor een t-shirt maar als je eenmaal een poosje zit (te haken) merk je toch vooral 's avonds dat je het wat frisser krijgt.
En uit ervaring weet ik dat als mijn polsen warm zijn de rest ook veel comfortabeler aanvoelt.

I used Scheepjes Metropolis ​color 70 Cairo, and the beautiful warm orange color 75 Mexico City.

De achterkant is een granny square maar dan wel een bijzondere.
Deze granny haak je in 2 kleuren en in de V-steek, dit geeft een erg leuk effect en haakt heerlijk.
De mouwen zijn ook gehaakt in de V-steek, hierdoor wordt de shrug 1 geheel en valt het niet op dat het uit 3 verschillende onderdelen bestaat.
En ik ben nog steeds verliefd op de kleuren combinatie!
Ik gebruikte Scheepjes Metropolis kleur grijs, no 70 Cairo en de mooie warme oranje kleur 75 Mexico City

And as a bonus, I noticed at the end of the day that it is a scarf also!
When I was working on my laptop for a while and Thorsten had left the door of the boat open, I got a bit cold in my neck and the shrug was within reach, but I didn't feel like putting it on 'completely'.
So I slapped around my neck and noticed that this was also very nice and very comfortable!

All in all, a very nice and practical addition to my clothing!

En als bonus bemerkte ik aan het einde van de dag dat hij ook nog eens heel goed dienst kan doen als sjaal!
Toen ik een poosje achter m'n laptop zat te werken en Thorsten de deur van de boot open had laten staan kreeg ik het wat koud in mijn nek en de shrug lag binnen handbereik maar ik had geen zin om hem 'helemaal' aan te doen.
Dus ik sloeg met rond mijn nek en bemerkte dat dit ook heel leuk stond en heel comfortabel zat!

Al met al een hele leuke en praktische aanvulling op mijn kleding!
